Condolences to the wonderful family of this amazing man. He is in my memory as a man who loved his family dearly and loved to tell a joke... which was usually about my driving. Sometimes I didn't know if he was joking or not he just cracked me up.rest in peace.

There could not have been a nicer man, given his profession as a child I was afraid of Mr Rowe but he taught me "don't be afraid of the dead it's the those that are still alive I had to worry about"

To My Family
This is one of the hardest thing to say.
Evergreen Avenue, was a safe house for so many children. We laughed, cried, gained a lot of knowledge. This was home.
My heart is heavy, but he is content and still making jokes.
Miss you, but just remember how much you gave of yourself. Always Love You.
